Regional Coordinator
Lead on-ground activation for our pilot in Benue State. Manage relationships with cooperatives and oversee the Fides Champions network.
Frontend Developer
Build accessible interfaces for our agent app and farmer dashboard. Strong focus on performance, offline-first capabilities, and USSD simulation.
Operations Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations at our Abuja HQ. Handle logistics for field deployments, procurement, and office management.
Agricultural Extension Officer
Train farmers on climate-smart agricultural practices and how to utilize our parametric insurance products effectively.
Mobile Developer (React Native)
Build and maintain our mobile applications for agents and farmers. Experience with offline-first architecture and low-bandwidth optimization preferred.
Community Engagement Lead
Drive community adoption and engagement. Organize farmer education sessions, manage local champions, and gather field feedback for product improvements.
Finance Analyst
Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Analyze operational costs and help optimize resource allocation for field deployments.
Field Data Collector
Collect and verify agricultural data from farming communities. Use our mobile tools to survey crop health, land area, and farmer demographics.
